Francis Stuart

Research and Policy Adviser for UK Poverty in Oxfam Scotland

Francis is Research and Policy Advisor for Oxfam's UK Poverty Programme in Scotland. Most recently he has been leading a research study with low paid workers on what makes for 'decent work'. Francis also works closely with colleagues at the University of West of Scotland as part of the UWS-Oxfam partnership. Prior to joining Oxfam, Francis worked as a Policy Officer for the Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations and as a Parliamentary Officer for Friends of the Earth Scotland. He is a board member of Falkland Estate Trust.
