I help women and young people raise their voices and demand respect for their rights. Historically, both groups and have been excluded from national development in Honduras, so we promote processes that enable them to participate in society and encourage a more inclusive democracy. In this way, it's possible to begin to reduce economic inequality and gender inequality, too. For me, the most rewarding part of this struggle is seeing that our campaigns can truly change ideas, beliefs and the ways people act.
