Oxfam in the occupied Palestinian territory and Israel
From our staff
Elena Qleibo, Acting Food Security and Livelihoods Co-ordinator (Gaza)
The thing I most enjoy about my role is working with others. For me, this can involve everything from travelling to Oxfam's projects to make sure things are working well, to monitoring and supporting the staff of partner organisations. Oxfam works with a range of partners in the occupied Palestinian Territory - large organisations like the World Food Programme and the European Commission, and smaller, local organisations too. We've got excellent relations with various grassroots organisations, which is really important, especially in the current challenging context
and when there are many people in need of support.
