The primary purpose of the Oxfam GB Humanitarian Department Equipment Catalogue is to share the specifications of the equipment that Oxfam GB judges to be essential to its humanitarian responses. By sharing these specifications we hope to assist with local procurement of this equipment wherever possible
The secondary purpose of this catalogue is to provide information about prices and availability that our UK-based Supply Operations team can offer, where local procurement is not feasible. All the items in this catalogue are regularly reviewed for technical suitability to field needs and the team undertakes a regular, comprehensive, competitive procurement process that includes ethical checking of suppliers.
