Rachael leads all of Oxfam GB's work on UK programmes and works with teams in England, Scotland and Wales. She leads the design and delivery of Oxfam programme work, and delivers hard hitting campaigns and an advocacy agenda tackling poverty and inequality across the UK.

Justin joined Oxfam in 2014, after 7 years working in youth development and campaigns at Save the Children, and before that working for a number of community organisations in the youth sector. In his current role he oversees our programme work across the UK, supports project development, fundraising, communications and heads up the England team.

Development Manager

Graham's principle role is to create exciting new projects across England, Scotland, and Wales and then to secure funding for them. He also supports the monitoring and evaluation of Oxfam's ongoing work in the UK. Graham has worked for Oxfam's UK programme since 2006.

London Programme Manager

Andrew oversees the strategic development of new programme work for Oxfam based in London. He has over thirty years experience in the not-for-profit sector in Australia- in both hands-on service delivery and academic enquiry and analysis. Amongst other work, he is the founder of 'Hope Street' in Australia, an organisation established to empower the most marginalised people in the inner city of Sydney to achieve a full and meaningful life. He remained there as CEO for 11 years. He is also the co-founder and director of the Dragonfly Collective- - a social business working with others to tackle Inequality.

Mary joined Oxfam's UK Poverty Programme team in 2000. She work closely with the UK Senior Programme Manager on the operation and implementation of our work in England. She also proves logistical support to Programme Managers to ensure effective delivery and monitoring of the programme, and leads on key systems and strategy projects. She also provides general facilities management for the Manchester office.

Silvia's main role is to design and deliver research about the UK Programme with the aim to inform both policy and practice. Prior to joining Oxfam in September 2017, she worked as researcher at the University of Manchester.

Oxford Programme Manager

Clayton joined Oxfam in May 2016 as UK Project Manager, leading on a partnership between Oxfam's UK Programme and Trading team to develop our public engagement offer and develop new cross -divisional pilot projects. Currently Oxford Programme Manager for the UK Programme he is leading on establishing a new team for UKP in Oxford. He is also an Oxfam Representative. He has previously worked as a manager, project manager, community development worker, climate mobilisation manager, global youth worker and trainer, in the UK, Hungary, Spain, Brazil and Denmark.

UK Project Manager: Oxfam-Surf UK Partnership

Sara joined Oxfam in 2013 campaigning on a number of issues both globally and in the UK including climate change, rights in crisis and inequality.

Sara joined the UK Programme team in 2017 to project manage the delivery of Oxfam's partnership with Surf in the UK. This includes employability training for 350 women around the UK as part of UKP's Women United programme.

Nancy Brown

Programme Manager - Greater Manchester

Nancy manages our Women United programme in Greater Manchester. Her role is to develop projects and work with participants and partners to develop innovative ways to tackle the effects and causes of poverty in Greater Manchester. Nancy has a background in adult learning and she is a qualified coach, mentor, and trainer. She has taught ESOL, worked within social housing, the co-operative movement and in tackling health inequalities. Nancy has a degree in Social Anthropology and has worked on projects with a broad range of groups and communities in Manchester.

Amy joined Oxfam in 2015 after several years as a journalist at the BBC. Amy's job is to communicate the work of the UK Programme to a wide audience including the public, the sector and other parts of Oxfam. She is also aims to empower people we work with through our programmes to get their voices heard, and their issues on the table.

Future Skills Project & Training Coordinator (London)

Kathy is the Future Skills Project and Training coordinator for London, working with women to develop their skills, confidence and work experience through volunteering, workshops and coaching sessions. Kathy joined Oxfam seven years ago as a book shop manager in Manchester and worked as an area manager, managing 20 Oxfam shops in London, before moving to her current role.
