What makes work decent?

Resource for 11-18 year olds in Wales exploring the world of work.

What should work be like? What makes work decent? Explore what different factors contribute towards making work decent or good. Over the course of two engaging and participatory sessions learners will be able to consider their own and other people's ideas about the world of work and develop their own opinions. Learners will explore ideas about who has influence over what work is like.

This resource will help learners to develop their own ideas so that they can enter the Creating a fair Wales photo competition for 11 to 18 year olds in Wales.
