The Oxfam Fashion team is looking for new talent to contribute to their online blog, read on and discover how to apply!

Are you a fashion forward, ethically concerned writer with creative flare and an eye for true style? Then you could be next in line to join our online community of fashion bloggers….

This afternoon Oxfam Fashion is launching its third competition to discover new talent to contribute to our online blog. The fashion blog is a space for Oxfam ambassadors, friends and supporters from up and down the country to relay their fashion knowledge. We are looking for writers that are not only fashion conscious, but also passionate about sustainability, charity shopping and vintage clothing!

As an Oxfam Fashion blogger you will have the ability to write engaging and compelling content relating in some way to Oxfam's interest in sustainable fashion.  Posts broadly relate to vintage, customising/DIY, fair-trade, eco-friendly fashion and Oxfam's charity shops.

Please note that this role is voluntary. However, you will have your own bio to promote your fashion interests and links to your own blog/project. Your contributions will be read by up to 16,000 individuals who visit the Oxfam Fashion pages along with thousands more who follow Oxfam GB on social networking sites. You will be helping to change perceptions of charity shopping and raise money to help our work fighting poverty.

How to apply

Demonstrate your interest in ethical fashion by writing a 400 word (max) fashion feature that resonates with Oxfam's fashion interests -this could be published on our blog. As part of your feature we ask you to please send at least one accompanying photograph or image with a short caption or, if you would prefer, a short video. In addition to your blog post please write a few sentences about yourself and your fashion interests. Those of you who already have a blog please include the address.
We want to see your ideas on ethical fashion written in a way that you consider to be informative, relevant and interesting. We can't wait to read your entries, Good luck!
