Enjoying the last weekend of Summer saw us enjoying an afternoon of live music at the local park, I decide it was a perfect time to do a spot of style spotting. I am noticing more and more local young uns embracing thrifting, hand making items or customising. Here are just a few style savvy individuals making a difference in my local area.
Jo wears a vintage dress thrifted from our local Oxfam store for just 99p, adding a splash of colour with some simple yellow pumps.
Eliot is all about customising, sporting a trippy tie dye tee and cut up jeans to create summer perfect shorts all finished off with a great pair of granddad loafers.
Christy's floral print high waisted skirt is bright and bold, teamed perfectly with a plain white tee and comfy thrifted trainers oh and not to mention cute little ankle socks.
Sian's rock style give this summer look an edgy feel. I love this midi length pleated skirt wore perfectly with a Take That tee and comfy cardi.
Milly shows off her hand made jewellery and cute hedgehog jumper.
The charity afternoon of music was a success!
Will you be spotted next?
