My Oxfam Outfit of the Day: Pattern Shirt

This month, I started a new job and started to hunt around Oxfam for perfect shirts for work. Something I can wear in the day, loose and comfortable- but still fashionable. Also I wanted to a shirt I can tuck in and put a belt round for versatility.
I came across this shirt in Oxfam and the vintage pattern drew me to it. Worn with muted black jeans and boots it stands out instantly.
I have dressed it with this bag I found a little while ago in a charity shop, its small enough to fit in your work bag, so if popping out for evening drinks with co workers it's easy to take rather than your usual day bag. There are loads of similar items to these to be found in your local Oxfam, especially vintage shirts- anything your mum might have thrown out in the 80's you can now put a modern twist on with good tailored jackets or slim line trousers or jeans. So don't let pattern hold you back, go to your local Oxfam, don't be afraid of being bold and find yourself
a fabulous shirt- and you'll know you are helping a great cause
