Wrapping up for Winter

As the days grow shorter, the high street is filling with plenty of winter wardrobe treats. For shoppers on a budget, here are the three winter essentials to look out for in the charity shops this season.
1. A winter coat. These can cost a small fortune from high street stores but thankfully charity shops are full of great quality ones at bargain prices. Try looking for a slightly oversized fit in a colour that will compliment most outfits, like this camel coat I found.
2. A patterned jumper. Charity shops are the best place to find unique knitwear that will make you stand out in a crowd. I got this one from the men's section, which is often where you'll find the chunkier patterned knits.
3. A pair of boots. Keep your feet toasty warm in some winter boots like these brown lace ups. A bonus is that ankle boots are versatile and look great paired with thick tights or some cropped trousers.
