#4oclockfind: 25th July

25th Jul 2016

WOMAD Festival starts this week and Oxfam will be there! Look out for our stalls at the festival, but before you go, let us give you some style inspiration. The festival celebrates international music and dance, so we've got loads of bold, ethnic prints inspired by different corners of the world. We're featuring loose, flowing silhouettes which are perfect for the summer heat - and for dancing! Make sure you keep up with our #4oclockfind on our Oxfam Fashion twitter for daily fashion picks.

Monday

Vintage 1980's St Michael Abstract Aztec Orange and Blue Print Shirt Dress - £19.99

What better way to start the week than with a little vintage? This 80's shirt dress with a bright Aztec pattern is perfect for the festival with its worldly print and striking colours. You can style the dress with a belt - conveniently, it's got belt loops stitched in! It will definitely be the focal point of any outfit so we think it would be so easy to complete the look with a pair of strappy sandals. Beat the heat in this perfectly on-trend loose-fitting cut and you're sure to stand out from the crowd with this unique find!

Tuesday

Marks and Spencer Black Suede Mules - £18.99

We can't pass up a #TuesdayShoesday! We think these black suede mules give off the perfect boho vibes this festival requires. The braided detailing at the top gives it a bohemian feeling and takes the shoes from plain to stylish. Heels are always a risk at festivals, but a thicker style like these make navigating the crowds and dancing so much easier - not to mention stylish!

Wednesday

Chinese Royalty Red Ditsy Floral A-Line Festival Skirt - £5.99

We're taking fashion inspiration from the other side of the world with this bold red skirt. The Chinese-style pattern speaks to the international theme of the festival. Long skirts are so elegant and stylish and also incredibly easy to wear in the hot weather, especially this find with its soft and breathable fabric. We think the intricate pattern catches the eye, and would look great paired a simple camisole in a bold colour, and sandals.

Thursday

Vintage Oriental Style Floral Tonal Pinks Tapestry Asymmetric Waistcoat - £29.99

How gorgeous is this waistcoat? We are in love with the ornate tapestry pattern which is definitely eye-catching and adds a fitting Oriental twist to the item. The Chinese -style collar and fastenings are so unique enhance the Oriental style. We think this would be perfect for the evening when the days get slightly cooler. You can add colour and real international glamour to your look so easily! Wear it over a dress, jeans or a skirt to transform any outfit.

Friday

Stradivarius Red Playsuit - £7.99

Playsuits are essential for the summer, especially this Stradivarius number. It features a racing back, thinner than the front panel, and open sides which will be perfect for the hot weather. For a festival, outfits that are easy to put together are ideal and it really doesn't get easier than an outfit that's complete with just one item! Extra points for the Aztec-style pattern which keeps it bold and vibrant, nailing the international theme of the festival! Add some sandals and accessorise with bangles to take it to the next level.

Saturday

BNWT Sandwich Red Print Kaftan Style Top - £12.99

Emulate a truly global look in this kaftan-style top! Kaftans are worn all over the world so capture the international mood of the festival with this brightly coloured patterned number. The borders around the sleeves and high waist feature an Indian pattern in blue, matching the piping around the neckline. The loose fit and asymmetrical, flowing bottom fit the hippy fashion trends this festival requires so you can stay on-trend but still draw the eye in the contrasting patterns.
