"Entirely revised and reissued" edition, 1930. Covers grubby and stained with rubbing and edge wear. Gilt still fairly bright. Binding leans. Upper page edges gilt, slightly marked, other page edges darkened. Small bookseller's stamp in several places inside. All pages gently yellowed with some light marks but overall text pages are pretty clean and good. Endpapers and verso of frontispiece have some spotting. Lots of pictures/photos/reproductions, in lack and white and one large fold-out colour plate in addition to the colour fold-out frontis.

Overall acceptable to good condition.
