A Text-Book of Obstetrics

£39.99

Product description

This work is the result of a practice devoted for the past 12 years exclusively to gynaecology in both its branches - obstetrics and gynaecologic surgery. The author served during this period as consulting and attendant gynaecologist and obstetrician in 8 of the principal hospitals of Philadelphia. His experience in obstetrical complications and operations has consequently been exceptionally large and because of his experience he hopes that this book will serve as a guide to undergraduate students and physicians in active practice. The book contains illustrations throughout, which are mostly taken from original photographs and drawings.
Published 1906.
Hardback. The binding on the front board is loose and the pages are slightly bumped, but generally the book is in good condition given its age.
