£9.99

Product description

"Being the history and adventures of Clement Noel in the days of King James the Second".

The book is bound in dark green cloth boards which show some fading and a few small darker marks. Edges and corners of boards are bumped and scuffed but the binding is secure. There is gilt titling to spine and a gilt picture to front board both of which are slightly faded. Pages inside are sunned with rough edges and patches of foxing. There are a few small tears along the spine of some pages and the text block is a little loose in places but the copy is generally sound apart from the black and white frontispiece which has become detached. There is an inked dedication at the front of the book.
