The pages however are in a fair condition with very little other blemishes to them, the text is readable for you to enjoy.

A Sequel to Cross-Country Ski-ing. This book assumes that the reader posses the knowledge of the technique from the first book and discusses the problems which a ski-runner would need to solve. This book should be able to be picked up by a beginner as well as those who have some experience.
