This book is in fair condition with worn hardcovers having board material exposed at corners, bowing along top and bottom edges, open tears to paper covering over front board, light soiling to covers; binding is loose internally with cracking to front and rear hinges with residual self-adhesive tape from attempted repair to front hinge, a number of pages starting to detach with repair attempted to some but all pages remain intact, some pages creased at corners, 1.5cm closed tear to page 3/4 fore edge, 2cm closed tear to page 5/6 fore edge, 1.5cm closed tear and crease to page 25/26 inside edge, 2cm x 1.5cm open tear to page 35/36 inside bottom corner; residual printed self-adhesive tape to front and rear endpapers, light soiling to many pages, mainly to the edges, but text and illustrations remain clear and bright.
