Rare copy from the early part of the 20th century ( no publishers date ,probably around 1910 ).

Full title of book :- An Historical guide to French interiors,furniture,decoration,woodwork & allied arts during the last half of the 17th century, the whole of the 18th century, and the earlier part of the 19th century.

Book has red boards with gilt lettering to the front board.Red soft binding to the spine.Many b/w illustrations throughout.As two stiff pages of bathroom furniture inserted into book ( not part of original copy ). Condition :- boards have staining to the edges and heavy bumping/wear to the corners.Page edges are foxed.Minor scratches to the spine.Most pages have water damage and some staining to the margins of the last 100 pages.This fault doesn't effect the readability of the text or illustrations.Binding is secure. Heavy book at 2 kg, so will be sent by courier. Dimensions : 29.8 x 23.5 x 3.5 cm.
