Cloth covered hardback with embossed designs and gilt lettering. 20 plates (with tissues) painted by Beatrice Parsons and descriptions by E T Cook. Gilt top edges. Other edges uncut.

Condition: Very light wear to the edges and corners of the boards. Front free end paper inscribed. Pages are lightly tanned. The edges of some tissues have been folded at some time. Plate 8 and tissue has become detached and the extreme edges of this page has been damaged. The plate has not been affected. Pages have varying degrees of foxing but the plates are unaffected.
