Jane's All the World's Aircraft 1948

£55.00

Product description

Large folio with sturdy dark blue cloth covered boards. There is an outline of an aircraft containing the title in gilt print on the front board. On the rear is a similar device but it is blind stamped in the lower right hand corner. The spine has the conventional book details in gilt text.

There is some light wear around the edges, mainly the spine, the corners are in good condition. Overall the outside is a bit grimy and dusty but it will probably clean up nicely. The binding and hinges are in good order.

The first few pages of adverts have some small holes and tears on the outer edge towards the bottom, it is not clear what caused the damage. The main text is not affected. The semi-gloss paper is still very white with no yellowing or foxing.

There are no inscriptions and as far as inspected no marks.
