Illustrated with frontispiece. Volume also contains Hymns Ancient and Modern for Use in the Services of the Church, Complete Edition. Pagination: 688 pages (Book of Common Prayer) + vi + 861 pages (Hymns). There is no publication date stated but inscription puts date of publication as no later than 1906.

Burgundy-coloured textured flexible leather with gilt lettering to spine; rounded corners to covers and pages, all page edges gilt.

Good condition for a book of this considerable age: light wear to covers and spine, front hinge cracked with front free endpaper detached and affixed at fore edge to front pastedown endpaper; Sunday School prize inscription dated Christmas 1906 to reverse of front free endpaper and reverse of frontispiece, some page corners and edges creased, cracking between Book of Common Prayer pages 590 and 591 with 2.5cm x 0.5cm approx. open tear to page 591/2 bottom corner, generally clean internally with clear text throughout.
