Cover, in light tan cloth boards with blue titling to spine, is in fair if slightly scruffy condition for its age with some shelfwear to edges and some fading to spine and a tear along spine edge, some fading and other marks to boards and bumping to corners and top of spine. Old Boots Booklovers Library sticker on front cover. Internally the book is in generally fair condition with tight binding and no inscriptions or creases. Some foxing and grubby marks here and there and small closed tear to top of page 159. Brown staple marks on pages 81-84. Charming illustrations in the text by Irene Hawkins which perfectly complement these lovely stories by Alison Uttley.
