The Georgics of Publius Virgilius Maro, Translated into English Blank Verse by James Mason, Esq. Printed by J. McCreery, Black-Horse Court, for Thomas Payne, Pall-Mall. 1810.

Brown calf with gilt embossing still visible around edges of front and back cover. Spine damaged and chipped, corners worn. Spine cracked but internally the pages are in very good condition, hardly any foxing or tanning, two small pencil notations on inside front end paper and title page.

Front end paper has pencil notation from prior owner H. T Wardroper, May 1862. Rear end paper has lightly written in pencil a note about an Exhibition and Fishmonger's Company grant to theology students.
