The Maracot Deep is a short 1929 novel by Arthur Conan Doyle about the discovery of a sunken city of Atlantis by a team of explorers led by Professor Maracot. He is accompanied by Cyrus Headley, a young research zoologist and Bill Scanlan, an expert mechanic in charge of the construction of the submersible which the team takes to the bottom of the Atlantic. The Disintegration Machine and When the World Screamed are short stories which are part of the Professor Challenger Series. The Story of Spedegue's Dropper is a cricketing story.

In used condition bound in embossed blue cloth with faded spine and wear, slight damage to paste down at back and crack to spine internally. Ink inscription inside front board.
