Two very small volumes with plain green boards, the details are on the spine in gilt text.

There is a little shelf wear, predominantly around the spine and corners, which are a slightly bumped.

Page ends are gilt.

In the first volume the ffe and title page show signs of having been creased at some time.

There is an inscription in small neat handwriting on the title page of volume one.

Small amount of foxing on the pastedowns, endpapers are first few and last few pages, the main text is largely unaffected.

The pages are on very thin paper and the print is very small.

The hinges and binding are in good condition.
