Internally, the book is in generally good condition commensurate with age with clean and clear pages and no creases, major marks or tears. Some foxing here and there. Very old, neat French owners inscription in ink on title page and further neat library catalogue inscription on front endpaper '1789 fo 209 No.28' plus a very old sellers bookplate on front endpaper which states 'Classe 8 vol. Du Catalogue des Freres Perisse, Imprimaeur-Libraires, rue Merciere, a Lyon. No. 41 /178' . This volume contains articles from the Spectator running from March 1st 1711 to June 1st 1711.
