An account of the life of the art critic and artist John Ruskin, 1819-1900. The author, Amabel Williams-Ellis, nee Strachey, was the wife of architect Clough Williams-Ellis and a member of the Bloomsbury set.

Hardback without dust jacket. Front and back covers are spotted, and spine is worn but lettering remains bright. Slight foxing to endpapers, but pages are generally bright for their age. A good condition copy.
