£160.00 Out Of Stock

Product description

Turner's Annual Tour - 3 volumes - Gilt edge
Wanderings By The Seine 1834
This copy is in very good condition for its age. The cover boards are green. There is some spine wear and some edge wear as you would expect for its age. There are 20 engravings from drawings by J.M..W Turner.

Wanderings By The Seine 1835 - From Rouen to the source. Blue cover boards. This volume contains 20 engravings. This copy is in very good condition for its age. There is some wear to the spine especially at the base. The corners are bruised and the cover boards are worn at the edges. There is a loose protective sheet but as far as i can tell there are no loose pages and the binding is nice and tight.

Wanderings By The Loire 1833 -This contains 21- engravings. There is some damage to the cover boards at the corners and signs of wear to the spine. The cover boards are blue. The binding is nice and tight. There are no loose pages. The page edge is gilt. Most of the engravings have a piece of protective tissue which may be loose in places. The front cover board has split and the inner edge is exposed. The inner pages are yellowed as you would expect, and there is some foxing throughout the book.

This is a lovely set which would appeal to collectors as it is not easily come by. I have included a selection of photographs mostly to show the condition of the worst affected. There are a few to show the content included as well.
