To which are added three dissertations concerning Jesus Christ, John the Baptist, James the Just, God's command to Abraham etc. With an Index. Translated by William Whiston. Printed in 1806 for Lackington, Allen & Co. Four volumes; frontispiece portrait, folding plan of Jerusalem and a folding map. Foxing. Bindings are contemporary mottled calf. All four volumes are in poor condition; two have detached front boards and all have losses to the spines. The name Edward Lodge Agle is inscribed on the back of the front free end papers. Josephus' works cover the history of the Jews from the creation to the end of the war with Rome.

We relocated in January 2016 to larger premises and are now able to offer a wider range of books and music (you can come and check out your musical choices in our listening booth and also find out a lot more about Oxfam's work.).
