Very good condition hardback. with very good dustjacket. The covers are only lightly bumped. There is a thread loose from the black cloth of the front cover. Slight damage to the white border of pages 94 and 95 where the pages were at one point stuck together, however, the photographs on those pages remain intact. The original dustjacket has not been price-clipped and shows only very light wear.

An extra postage fee has been added to this item due to the book's great size and weight.
