Tiny, Funny, Big and Sad by Jennifer and Kevin McCoy

£24.99

Product description

Over the last fifteen years, husband-and-wife team Jennifer and Kevin McCoy have earned international renown for making works that reflect on personal experience in a media-saturated world. For their debut London exhibition 'Tiny, Funny, Big and Sad', the artists present works that mix live video, custom computer software and model-making hobby skills. The exhibition marks the opening of a new gallery space at BFI Southbank, dedicated to screen-based work by artists.

This publication, made to accompany 'Tiny, Funny, Big and Sad', documents the exhibition and offers an overview of Jennifer and Kevin McCoy's collaborative practice between 1993 and 2007. The publication features essays by Michael Cnnor (Head of Exhibitions, BFI Southbank) and Chus Martinez (Director, Frankfurter Kunstverein). It also includes a DVD insert, containing an interview with the artists and documentation of several major recent works.

Slight bump to edge, otherwise in very good condition.
