Traditional Islamic Craft in Moroccan Architecture 2

£95.00 Out Of Stock

Product description

Editions Atelier 74, Saint Jorioz, France
Paccard, Andre. Guggenheim, Mary - translator.
This rare book on Moroccan architecture is sumptuously illustrated throughout, containing some previously unseen photographs of royal palaces. Volume Two covers the exquisite Islamic crafts in the materials Stone, Wood and Metal, and interestingly, Water and Light. Also includes historical reference tables, bibliography, places to visit and glossary.
Hardback, red cloth boards, blocked in green white and gold. With dustjacket, and ribbon marker.
Condition: Good. All text pages clean and unmarked. Dust jacket rubbed at corners. Ribbon marker slightly frayed at end. Binding is generally secure but central sections have moved away from the spine, giving uneven front edge to the book block. Hence much lower price than other editions available online.
