If This is a Man - Primo Levi

£9.99 Out Of Stock

Product description

Primo Levi wrote 2 books about his time in Auschwitz and his subsequent suffering. This is the first volume, however it is written to stand alone.

One of The Folio Society's beautifully designed editions, it is held in a dark navy blue slipcase with only very slight wear on the corners, bound in French navy blue cloth. The eye catching cover design in black and silver shows a design of barbed wire and a stylised figure of the torso and head of a man. The lettering on the spine is silver, the cover is in very good condition with only the slightest wear on edges and corners. The block is tight, all text is clear on clean pages and Jane Joseph's b/w etchings are most evocative.
