The Garden of the Gods is the third volume in the 'Corfu Trilogy' and continues the accounts of the young Gerald Durrell during the years that he and his family lived in Corfu before the Second World War. While the animals of Corfu are young Gerald's focus, it is the antics of his family and their array of friends and acquaintances that are the centrepiece of the humorous account.

CONDITION: Dust Jacket is un-clipped and in a plastic protective cover.- can be removed without damage to the book or jacket. The dust jacket has a couple of top edge tears and a few nicks on the spine ends (see photographs for details). Foxing on the page edges and end pages (see photographs for details). Interior pages clean. Inscription in biro on the front end page. Blue boards in good condition with shelf wear on the bottom, a few scuffs. No other inscriptions or notations. (See photographs).
