Michael Strange was the pen name of American poet, playwright, theatre actress, and socialite Blanche Marie Louise Oelrichs (1890-1950).
She began writing poetry in 1914 and her first collection was published in 1916 when she adopted the name Michael Strange to preserve her family from the more risque content of her work. She was also married to the actor John Barrymore in the 1920s.

This hardback copy of the 1st edition of Strange's autobiography is in a fair condition. No dust jacket. Tanned page edges. Faded lettering on the spine.
There is a 2cm vertical tear on the top of the first page. Good binding; no missing pages. Illustrated with photographs.
