Good condition for a second-hand book: light edge-wear to dust-jacket, mainly to folds and spine ends, with 2 x 6mm, 1 x 10mm, 1 x 15mm and 1 x 17mm closed tears to top edge, 1 x 5mm, 1 x 8mm and 1 x 11mm closed tears and creasing to bottom edge; light rubbing to jacket, mainly to folds with pin-hole to front flap fold, light water-stain to jacket spine and reverse, light soiling to jacket rear; very light bowing to hardcovers, very light bumping to spine bottom end, light dent to top edge of rear cover, very light fading to top edge of covers and to spine; light rubbing to front free endpaper top corner where makings erased, light rubbing and brown liquid stain to rear pastedown endpaper, very light foxing to page edges, otherwise internally near-fine.

Here at the B.D.C. we source goods for stores in the Dorset, Wiltshire and Avon area, by house collections and clearances, corporate and personal donations as well as emptying numerous textile and book banks in the area. We have been awarded the "Best National Oxfam On-Line Store" for 2009/10. All of our items have been listed by volunteers who have done a fantastic job, and we are always looking for new volunteers to help us with our on-line operation. We are not open to the public.
