By the author of "Christina North", "My Sister Rosalind" etc. By Eleanor A. Towle, writing as E. M. Archer. Used hardback in good condition. Undated. Hand written date on front paste down is 1929. Illustrated cloth boards. General wear externally: bumping to corners, head and tail of spine; some grubbiness, front and back; fading to spine, but illustration etc still bright and legible; some staining to rear board. Darkening to edges of text block with very slight spotting here. Spine slightly cocked. Date and dedication on front paste down. Ffe removed at some time(?). Incipient crack at both front and rear hinges. Some darkening to end papers, particularly at the rear. Child's name crudely written in pencil on title page. Otherwise, generally clean internally with tight binding. 207 pages with 16 pages of publisher's listings.
