This is a rare copy of this 1949 first edition book from the 'A Little Golden Book' series. This is no. 22 in the series. Illustrated on every page by Campbell Grant. This book predates the 1951 edition which came with an accompanying jigsaw puzzle. Internally there are no marks or stains with only the 'book belongs to' panel on the inside front cover completed. Significant wear to spine, but overall the book is in quite good condition.
