La Planete Ranxerox

£40.00

Product description

"Les Petits Hommes" is a Franco-Belgian cartoon series drawn by Pierre Seron with Albert Desprechins and Mittéï. It first appeared in 1967 in the paper 'Spirou' (No. 1534). "La Planète Ranxérox"is laid out so that one reads the story in 'landscape' rather than 'portrait' mode. The heroes (coloured) discover a black and white world where they appear as visual disturbances upsetting the established order.

Pierre Seron (born 1942) is a Belgian cartoonist. His work is inspired and influenced by Andre Franquin (another great Belgian cartoonist), and he is particularly known for the 'Les Petits Hommes' series.

Our book is in excellent condition, showing no external or internal signs of wear or use. The blank side of the front fep has been adorned with a cartoon and dedicatory inscription by Seron himself, which must surely be unique.
