Saving London In Just 35 Minutes

£10.00 Out Of Stock

Product description

Comic strip style book. A terrible energy crisis is threatening the UK, and the government is backed into a corner. It has already been forced to take unpopular measures to reduce energy consumption. With just three days to go before the national elections, the explosion of an oil rig in the North Sea has only served to worsen the energy shortage, and may lead to a massive failure in the elections. Its only hope is a newly discovered fuel called "manganol", which has been extracted in Zambia. But will the manganol reach Great Britain safely? Escorted by the highest-ranking secret agents, the engineer able to transform the manganol into high-calorie energy has to take the Eurotunnel Shuttle to reach England as soon as possible. The Shuttle journey only takes 35 minutes, but the engineer and his escorts come up against an obstacle before they can reach the Channel Tunnel.

Condition is near perfect.
