Death on Milestone Buttress - Glyn Carr

£19.99 Out Of Stock

Product description

A White Circle Crime Club paperback, published by Collins. Undated, probably early 1950s (the title was first published in 1951).

The story:
When Hilary Bourne joined the guests at Dol Afon in Snowdonia for a week’s climbing, she did not expect murder to play a part in her holiday. But few members of the party mourned the death of Raymond Cauthery, an arrogant young scientist, and almost all had the opportunity to cause it.

Glyn Carr was a pseudonym of the mountaineer and prolific writer for adults and children, Frank Showell Styles (1908-2005).

A battered paperback with creases to covers and considerable wear to spine. Sunning and a few marks to pages. Binding is cracked but holding, and all pages are intact.
