Herr Müller, Die Verrückte Katze und Gott (Mr. Müller, the Crazy Cat and God)

£9.99

Product description

Please note: The text of this book is in German.

A tragic-comic flight out the window kills the not so successful actor Kurt Müller. And this seemingly insignificant accident should now be the trigger of the apocalypse? Neither the angelic inhabitants of the angels nor their colleagues on the lower floor believe that until the world starts to get out of hand. Now begins a Hetz-search for the missing soul Kurt Muller, in which both sides - heaven and hell - are moving and partially join together, partly in the way.

The author creates a bizarre and yet witty narrative, with totally sympathetic characters. To cite one example: The beautiful, sarcastic Archangel with a penchant for Gin Tonic, who tries to prevent the apocalypse by searching for a cat with his passive-aggressive yet understanding demon brother. Of course, the stupid saint must not be missing, who instead of helping in his cute and idiot way complicates everything. He is assisted by a converted Nuremberg to Nuremberg, which unfortunately accidentally blew himself up in the wrong moment.
This little insight makes it clear that the author knows how to entertain with ironic and sarcastic humour, without crossing the line.

The book has a dust jacket which very very slight signs of shelf wear. Otherwise, it is in excellent condition throughout.
