Scobie in September

WAS £45.00 £27.00

Product description

'The day has started badly for Scobie. In September most days did. His wife was trying to divorce him, his landlady was trying to evict him, and the city, with a festival on its mind, made him feel more ignored than ever. It was no way to treat and artist, even if (like Scobie) he wasn't much of an artist. When the stranger bought one of his paintings, Scobie could hardly believe that his luck had changed. But it had- for the worse.'
Adventure thriller based on a story originally broadcast on the BBC, by Bill Craig.

Condition: Dustjacket covered in mylar, some shelfwear and a small tear. Minor discolouration on front and back FEPs, minor foxing on foreedge, pages clean and clear and binding tight.
