This is number 1381 from a limited edition of 2000. It is signed by the author who also inscribed a personal gift dedication to a local friend.

This large book has peach coloured silk cloth covered boards decorated with a floral border and silhouette of Jane Austen in gilt, the title and bust of Jane Austen are also on the spine. There is negligible signs of wear, just a very little on the corners, although they are not bumped.

The binding and hinges are quite tight and in extremely good order, the book appears to have rarely been used.

Apart from the signature and dedication the text is clean and bright.
