From one of the reviews on the Amazon.uk page:
"What a beautiful book! "Ambarella" is not a regular cooking book. It tells the story of a family and a country with a text that goes straight to the heart. It is touching because you can feel the authors are mothers (and not only Chef). The book is full of beautiful pictures but in the same time is very practical. Recipes are simply and methodically described : ingredients on one side, time for preparation. I especially love the last part: "cutting and cooking techniques, food presentation". The authors thought in details for beginners to prepare a lovely Cambodian meal.
The only problem is that you feel very hungry after reading a couple of pages! I hope I will not make any spot on the pages when preparing a meal.

The quality of the book is exceptional and Ambarella is a perfect gift for somebody you love"
