The volumes were selected by, and under the general editorship of, British historian Felipe Fernandez-Armesto, and published by the Folio Society.

Condition: 5 volumes come in individual slip cases and are in excellent condition (Pics 2-4 are typical of these 5). "Early Medieval England" is without a slip case and the outside has a few marks and the corners are a bit bumped - see last pic. But the inside is still in excellent condition.
