A History of the County of Essex (Volume Seven)

£29.99

Product description

Published for the University of London Institute of Historical Research by Oxford University Press, 1978. Books showcases the history of Essex, with this volume's theme being 'The Liberty Of Havering-Atte-Bower'. Featuring writings, photos and illustrations of various Essex towns, such as Havering, Romford, Upminster, Honchurch, Rainham and more.

Copy is in good condition for its age. Gold finishing on the front cover shines like new, although the rest of the cover is a little ink stained and discoloured, with some scratches on the back cover. Pages on the outer edge are slightly yellowed and speckled, but are clean and hold together well inside. A great relic for those interested in county history - or looking back on places you know in a different age!
