A very scarce set of 4 volumes, published by the Richard III Society. Produced by Alan Sutton Publishing. Each with black & white frontispiece illustration.

Edited by Rosemary Horrox and P W Hammond. The bulky manuscript volume in the British Library known as Harleian MS. 433 has special importance for the study of Richard III's reign. Dr Horrox's analyses its structure and composition, and examines the how and why its contents came to be combined into a single volume.

Volume One: Register of Grants for the Reigns of Edward V and Richard III. 289 pages. Published 1979.

Volume Two: Second Register of Richard III. 230 pages. Published 1980.

Volume Three: Second Register of Edward V and Miscellaneous Material. 260 pages. Published 1982.

Volume Four: Index. 258 pages. Includes index of names & places, together with a subject index. Published 1983.

All in very good condition complete with dust jackets. The dust jackets have light surface wear/scratches and finger marks, volume three's DJ is slightly yellowed. Pages are clean and not annotated and the bindings are tight.
