Product description

Excellent in-depth rare booklet of the DUKW mv-2, 2 1/2 ton 6x6 British & US Amphibian from its inception in 1941/42 to 1974. Championed by Lord Mountbatten who took the salute in the last march past. Some were used later by Civil agencies.

Published in 1978. Contains many b/w photos & diagrams, great technical details plus some coloured images in the centre pages.

A few yellow stains on o/s edges of a few pages, & back cover creased at bottom l/h corner. Please see photos which highlight these faults, otherwise would be in excellent condition. No loose or torn pages, no written markings & the pages are clear & very white.

A must for any military/WWll/model building enthusiasts. .
