There is a large fold out map inside the back cover taken from the tithe commutation agreement of 1838 showing field names and boundaries. The contents are divided into chapters on the parish and the church. There are a number of short chapters on specific buildings and families in the village.

A must for local or family historians with an interest in Fawkham.

The book is in extremely good condition. The pictorial dust jacket shows small signs of wear on the spine but is in good overall condition.
