This first-edition biography details the remarkable and yet short life of Queen Victoria's third child Princess Alice.

This copy is in very good condition with all pages and illustrations intact and not creased. Its corners remain square and there is very little wear to page edges except a very mild tanning expected with age. This copy is without a dust jacket and therefore any wear present is to its front and rear covers. A number of dark finger prints and grease stains can be made out alongside two small yet prominent red stains to the centre front.
